Avalon Urban Towns

Located at 1430 Highland Road W. in Kitchener. The first phase of the award-winning Avalon community consisted of 108 stacked towns spread across 3 blocks. Construction methods deployed; hybrid mixture, ICF, prefabricated wood walls and floors, vinyl windows.

Current Projects

NUVO at Avalon

Located at 1442 Highland Road W. in Kitchener. 215 modern rental units across 16 floors. 2 ground floor commercial units. Top of the Amenities including, one of a kind two-storey rooftop wellness center including a 4-season rooftop pool. A modern two-storey lobby with concierge, Dog Wash, Theatre, Kids Room and Games Room. Construction methods deployed, Cast-in-place concrete, steel, hybrid floor system, Window Wall and Curtain Wall.

Stacks on Ave

Located at 414 Prospect Ave in Kitchener. 24 stacked towns across two blocks. Construction methods; cast-in-place concrete, prefabricated wood walls and floors, vinyl windows.

Located at 1055 Weber St. E in Kitchener. 238 modern rental units across 18 floors. 2 ground floor commercial units. 8 two-storey loft penthouse units. Amenities include, rooftop terrace at 5th floor podium, a modern two-storey lobby, co-working/meeting room, theatre, games room and secure parcel delivery. Construction methods deployed, Cast-in-place concrete, steel, hybrid floor system, Window Wall and Curtain Wall.
